How should I care for my AOJ kimono to prevent shrinking?
To maintain the integrity of your kimono, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid high-heat dryers as they can cause significant shrinkage and damage the collar padding.
What is your return policy for training apparel?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used mouthguards or protective gear.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
How do I determine the correct size for a Gi?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart based on height and weight. If you fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit during training.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our team works quickly to process orders. You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage, changes cannot be made.
Are your rash guards IBJJF competition legal?
Most of our ranked rash guards are designed to meet IBJJF requirements; however, please check the specific product description for 'IBJJF Approved' labeling before purchasing for competition.
